Halley Movement launched a new initiative: Child Safety Online through its subsidiary organ ICSF - Internet Child Safety Foundation on Monday 23rd April, 2001, at Port Louis, Mauritius.
Internet Child Safety Foundation aims to ensure chid safety online, educating parents on their responsibilities to manage access to online content, encouraging safe surfing and creating awareness to promote a safer Internet experience for young people.
