Friend raped, child born of rape

I have a friend who was raped 10 years back by someone she knows and
as a result got pregnant, the child is now 10 years, I heard about this
two days ago. She told me she thought she had forgotten about it and
forgiven the perpetrator, she's now
depressed, ill and cant sleep and she gets nightmares she now sleeps
using sleeping tablets. How do I help as a friend, I want her to get good
councelling, she in Johannesburg randburg area any free councelling services for rape victims?

they will direct her to counsellors. People Opposed to Women Abuse in Berea
