Are there any organizations that you know of that offer self defence classes for rape survivors?

SpeakOut! We are absolutely against self defence classes. If you have been raped you would know that there was nothing you could have done to have prevented it and that fighting would have probably seen you dead. People who go into banks that get robbed are told NOT to fight - so why should rape survivors in a far more intimate and dangerous situation fight. Sorry Tracey but we cannot only not help you we recommend against this.
