SpeakOut! The best people are probably Women and Men Against Child Abuse in Ferndale, Johannesburg - Miranda Friedman is the director. They also have a support group for adult survivors of child abuse.

Alternatively call Childline they may know of groups closer to you. We can put you in touch with individuals who have been through this but it would depend on the age of the child so we can match like with like.
