Rape Suspect Tripped up by Technology - (SAN ANTONIO) -- For the first time, the state's new "D-N-A database"  has linked a suspect to a previously unsolved sexual assault. Timothy Fallon of the Bexar County Criminal Laboratory says  D-N-A on file in the data base was compared to samples retrieved during a rape in 1995. Enough of a match was made to  charge the suspect in a four year old crime. Fallon says under a new state law, every convicted felon in Texas has to provide  a D-N-A sample for the data base. He's confident the result will be more old crimes solved.
